    • A deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will forfeit the deposit.

  3. Changes to Booking:

    • Changes to the booking must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
    • The studio reserves the right to accommodate or reject changes based on availability.

4. Use of Studio Facilities

  1. General Use:

    • Clients must use the studio and equipment responsibly and in accordance with studio rules.
    • The studio must be left in a clean and orderly state after use.

  2. Equipment Use:

    • Only authorized personnel may operate certain equipment.
    • Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

  3. Prohibited Activities:

    • Smoking, illegal activities, and hazardous substances are strictly prohibited.
    • Loud or disruptive behavior that interferes with other clients is not allowed.

5. Payment and Fees

  1. Rates:

    • Current rates for studio use are listed on our website and are subject to change.
    • Additional fees may apply for overtime, equipment rental, or special services.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • Payments must be made in full by the end of the session unless otherwise agreed.
    • Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

  3. Late Payments:

    • Late payments may incur additional charges.
    • The studio reserves the right to refuse service until outstanding balances are settled.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  1. Studio Liability:

    • Onexm Studio is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred during the use of the studio.
    • The studio is not liable for any loss of or damage to client property.

  2. Client Responsibility:

    • Clients are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.
    • Clients must indemnify the studio against any claims arising from their use of the facilities.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership:

    • All intellectual property created during studio sessions remains the property of the respective creators.
    • The studio does not claim ownership of client-created content unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Use of Content:

    • The studio may use images or recordings for promotional purposes with the client’s consent.
    • Clients must obtain permission before using studio-owned content for commercial purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Data Collection:

    • The studio may collect personal information for booking and communication purposes.
    • All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  2. Data Use:

    • Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
    • The studio may use client contact details to provide updates and promotional offers.

9. Termination of Agreement

  1. Breach of Terms:

    • The studio reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches these terms.
    • No refunds will be provided in the case of termination due to breach of terms.

  2. Voluntary Termination:

    • Clients may terminate the agreement by providing notice in accordance with the cancellation policy.
    • Refunds for unused services will be provided at the studio’s discretion.
